A true delight to the senses, our 15 Years Old ÔDarkestÕ is matured in a combination of specially selected North American bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.
The final three years spent maturing in these sherry casks give this whisky the rich, deep colour echoed in its name - ÔDarkestÕ.
On the eye deep amber. Breathe in dark chocolate, rich, ripe fruits and a tell-tale wisp of Islay peat smoke. Sip wonderful cedar wood and sweet treacle toffee. And savour the warming finish with just a hint of sherry.
