a remarkable journey HighlandSingleMalt
Established in 1825, Glencadam Distillery is one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries but before 2005 Glencadam had never been commercially bottled, its secret quality was confined to contributing to some of the world’s finest blends.
Then, a pilot bottling at 15 years old established a presence in key markets around the world. As the word spread and demand increased a 10 year old edition was launched and the presentation of both versions was dramatically transformed. In 2009 the Glencadam 10 years old won the highly prestigious World Whiskies Award as Best Highland Single Malt Whisky 12 Years and under.
In response to ever-growing interest in the exceptional quality of Glencadam’s delicate and mellow character, the portfolio of brand releases has expanded and now consists of five superb Highland Single malt expressions including two which have been “finished” in Portwood and Sherrywood respectively.
Additionally, rare single cask editions are periodically released and each cask is usually aged between 25 and 35 years old.

BEST
FROM ITS HOME IN THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, THE GLENDRONACH DISTILLERY HAS BEEN CREATING THE FINEST RICHLY SHERRIED SINGLE MALTS FOR NEARLY 200 YEARS.
In 2008 nothing less than a complete renaissance began when GlenDronach was returned to independent ownership once again. April 2009 marked the re-launch of the already popular 12 year old Original as well as the return of the iconic and world famous older expressions – the GlenDronach 15 and 18 year olds, now under the new names of Revival and Allardice.
