JULIE “Inviting aromas of oranges and raisins with a soft hint of cinnamon and background fl oral notes of violets, with a gentle oaky suggestion. The palate is both complex and gentle with spicy fl avours and a lingering oily fi nish that then leaves a soft moreish character.”

JULIE “So dark it has an almost coffee like appearance with a very full body. A powerful, complex nose demands gentle, cautious nosing as you peel away the layers from rich dried fruits, bitter coffee, chocolate and amaretto biscuits. This whisky requires slow sipping and would work beautifully with a rich dark chocolate dessert.”

REGIS “On the nose this delivers deep sherry notes, with lots of dried fruits and a hint of tobacco and leather. The taste is spicy and with a treacle like texture. Overall I loved this dram, its rich deep and complex. A great dram!”
