CHARLES “Dark tawny brown and wax wood fi nish, scented candlewax, old boots – a very attractive, highly aromatic nose. Tastes sweet and slightly smoky with a long fi nish. Water reduced the aroma somewhat, and brings out a slight rustiness. The best so far!”

A balanced whisky with enough infl uence from the cask to make it irresistable. I would enjoy this on a cold winters evening in front of a crackling fi re. One for my Christmas list!”
