Accommodation is provided for the following occupiers:
The Clydach Primary Care centre provides accommodation for 6 GPs who provide General Medical Services to a local population of 11,000 patients
LHB staff provide community services by district nurses, health visitors, mental health worker, phlebotomist, podiatrist and mid wives.
A pharmacy with separate access is also provided.
Abergele The larger, fit for purpose new premises allow the Abergele primary healthcare team to :
● Offer the range of service that should be available locally to a growing population of 15,000 people;
● Implement better ways of working involving a wide range of practitioners from diverse agencies to coordinate care for each service user;
● Expand the volume of activity undertaken at primary care community care level in line with current and future demands;
● Attain the highest standards of service quality by attracting the best practitioners and supporting staff to work in the area;
