Clydach


From the start this project was an exemplar of team work and co-operation of all agencies involved which facilitated the funding bid to be ready for submission to the Welsh Government within a 1 year timescale from the date of selection of the preferred development. The relationship between the Local Health Board, GP practice, City and County of Swansea Planning Development, third party developer, NWSSP-Facilities Services and the District Valuer has been a significant partnership achievement, the result of which is a healthcare building which received praise from the Design Commission for Wales and provided a first class primary care healthcare facility delivering a wide range of primary care services.
