CUSTOMER CALL’s “Member Call” operation is a dedicated call center for the fitness industry, specializing in market and con- sumer-insight research, lead-generation, and customer-satisfaction surveys. For clubs that want to identify the needs of their members or simply cut through the clutter in their marketplace, CUSTOMER CALL’s “Member Call” provides the solution.
Club 2.0 is a member attraction, engagement, and differentiation tool inspired by each client’s unique training motivations. Club 2.0 consists of two Web-based components: a short Aspiration Finder survey that members complete to receive their unique Aspiration Map, and a Back Office Area, through which operators manage data. Operators use the information to engage members individually or analyze the aggregate data to help better define their programs and services. Club 2.0 includes marketing and onsite business support.
