BODYFLOW BODYATTACK


Les Mills’ BODYATTACK is the sports- inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval-training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone toward their fitness goals, from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor.


Les Mills’ BODYBALANCE/BODYFLOW is a yoga, tai chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, and leaves participants feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses to music create an holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


BODYSTEP


Les Mills’ BODYSTEP is an energizing step workout that makes participants feel liberated and alive. Using a height- adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step, everybody gets huge motivation from popular music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear, followed by muscle-conditioning tracks that shape and tone the body.


BODYJAM BODYCOMBAT


Les Mills’ BODYCOMBAT is an empowering and fiercely energetic cardio workout inspired by martial arts. It draws from a wide array of disciplines, such as karate, boxing, Tae kwon do, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role-model instructors, participants strike, punch, kick, and kata their way through calories to superior cardio fitness.


Les Mills’ BODYJAM is a cardio workout in which participants are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach participants how to move with attitude through this 55-minute class


BODYVIVE


Les Mills’ BODYVIVE is a low-impact, whole-body, fun workout that improves fitness and core strength using body weight, VIVE tubes, and balls for extra resistance. Inspired by great music, the motivation of group interaction, and a skilled instructor-coach who shows what to do and why, participants get fit for life with BODYVIVE.


BODYPUMP


Les Mills’ BODYPUMP is the original barbell class designed and scientifically proven to strengthen the entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises, including squats, presses, lifts, and curls.
