Multistations
Matrix Fitness Systems’ line of multista- tion gyms consists of four configurations: four-stack, five-stack, eight-stack, and an adjustable cable crossover. Stations are designed to accommodate the most popular gym exercises, including the low row, lat pulldown, adjustable cable column, and triceps pressdown. The low row and lat pulldown use dual-pulley configurations to facilitate user-defined paths of motion and greater variations in resistance training; a pull-up bar is integrated into the five-stack, eight- stack, and cable-crossover models.

Modular Strength System
The CYBEX Modular Strength System is a flexible, space-efficient multistation unit that delivers many of the benefits offered by variable-resistance single stations, without sacrificing quality, presentation, or performance. Easily configured to provide total-body conditioning within a compact footprint, the Modular Strength System affords significant versatility. It has more than 20 exercise stations—some utilizing weight stacks and some using the exerciser’s body weight as resistance— permitting facilities to custom-design the most suitable equipment layout.
Manufacturer’s list price: $3,465.00
Signature Series Cable Motion Multi-Jungles
Life Fitness’ Signature Series Cable Motion Multi-Jungles permit health clubs to configure strength-training units to accommodate their members’ needs while conforming to space constraints. Unlimited tower configurations, with up to four customizable stations per tower, facilitate eight different exercises: adjustable crossover, adjustable pulley, dual-pulley row, dual-pulley pulldown, fixed crossover, lat pulldown, low row, and triceps pushdown. Independent weight stacks for each exercise make it possible for users to work out independently, but simultaneously.
Icarian Line Modular Station
The Icarian Line Modular Systems feature multi-stack units that offer the maximum number of fitness options in minimal space. Units incorporate exercise movements that are identical to single stations. Dozens of configurations, ranging from 2 to 12 stacks, are available and, typically, one or more cable cross- over stations are incorporated into configurations. Modular stations include pulldown, longpull, pushdown, adjustable high/low pulley, and assisted dip/chin. The Modular System uses 2" x 4" bent-steel frames and high-quality components.
