Mari Winsor Pilates ChiBolster
The ChiBolster comes with easy-to-follow exercises based on proven Pilates principles. Combined with the exercises, the ChiBolster aids in building core strength to support the user’s spine, improves mobility, and promotes correct postural alignment. Sensory nodules, exclusive to the ChiBolster, activate specific points on the meridians to restore health and well-being, and relieve pain.
TheMari Winsor Pilates DVD helps exercisers lengthen and tone from head to toe with two dynamic Pilates mat work- outs. Mari Winsor, the creator of Winsor Pilates, brings her unique, elegant style to these sessions to help users achieve that lean, sculpted Pilates body. Winsor’s detailed instructions make these programs easy to follow for every skill level, and modified positioning for beginners is included throughout the 80 minutes.
Pilates Double Xertube
This unique rubber resistance exercise product simulates the resistance exercise movements of spring-tension Pilates equipment. The Pilates Double Xertube strengthens the core “powerhouse” muscles; enhances muscle flexibility and joint mobility; releases tension; and improves circulation, while providing head-to-toe conditioning without building bulk. It’s available in light and medium resistance levels.
Flex ‘N Point
The patented Pilates Flex ‘N Point rubber resistance apparatus from SPRI is an ideal tool for mat-based exercises that simulate traditional Pilates Reformer training. It provides lower-body resistance, upper-body postural training, and enhanced core-trunk stabilization. Soft, padded, and contoured, the tubing measures 13" L x 3" W and has a Velcro-secured arch cuff with an adjustable tubing sleeve and handles. The Pilates Flex ‘N Point comes in light and medium resistance levels.
Pilates Core Challenge DVD
The Pilates Core Challenge strengthens and tones muscles; improves posture, flexibility, and balance; and produces a sleek, firm body. Each movement targets the core muscles, including the abs, lower back, hips, and buttocks. Certified instructor Ana Cabán provides clear, detailed instruction to achieve proper form, control, and breath in classic Pilates exercises, including the hundred, roll-up, single leg stretch, double leg stretch, and scissors. The audio track can be played in English or Spanish.
