FitBALL Seating Disc GRAVITYouth Series
The GRAVITYouth Series on the Total Gym bodyweight trainer engages kids in active learning, teaching them about which muscles affect specific movements and functions. It features two age-specific workouts: Secret Circuit, for ages 7-11, which uses an interactive card game to determine workout sequences, and Sports Circuit, for ages 12-15, which links exercises to sports and friendly competition, building strength, endurance, and self esteem. FitBALL Burst-Resistant Peanut
With a unique, elongated peanut shape, the FitBALL Peanut rolls only in one direction at a time and is more easily controlled by the user than a standard FitBALL exercise ball, which rolls in multiple directions. Also, the longer shape of the Peanut enables two people to sit on the ball simultaneously. The burst-resistant material is designed to slowly deflate if the ball should become punctured.
Longevity Training for Seniors
