NEW CXWORX
CXWORX is a short, sharp workout that strengthens and tones the body. It hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect the upper- and lower-body and is ideal for tightening the tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury-prevention. Highly trained instructors explain the science behind each exercise and, like all Les Mills programs, a new CXWORX class is released every three months with fresh music and choreography.
SH’BAM
Featuring simple dance moves with chart-topping popular hits, Les Mills’ SH’BAM enables participants to shape up and let out their inner star—even if they’re dance-challenged! Each 45-minute SH’BAM class provides the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. And, like all Les Mills programs, a new SH’BAM release is produced every three months with new music and choreography.

The Bodyblade Program
The Bodyblade program is a fun, calorie-burning, results-oriented, and cost-effective resistance workout for group-exercise, small-group, and one- on-one training. The Resist-A-Ball Program
Resist-A-Ball is a systematic fitness program, complete with instructor edu- cation, programming, DVDs, and marketing support. Participants gain access to exercise programs and sequences that create a playful, yet challenging, environment for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. Choose from six turnkey workouts, including boot camp, athletic conditioning, traditional aerobics, Pilates/yoga fusion, and more.
