Gables Residential Begins Construction on Gables Post Oak


Gables Residential has begun construction on Gables Post Oak, a Class A+ mid- rise apartment community located in the Uptown area of Houston, Texas.


The community is being developed in a joint venture with Northwestern Mutual, who is also providing the related construction financing.


Gables Post Oak, located at Post Oak Park and Post Oak Place, is just inside the loop near San Felipe and 610, offering easy access to the Galleria shopping center, the Westheimer corridor, and the River Oaks area. The community will provide 316 apartment homes in an 8-story building clad with a brick and stone façade. Apartment homes will feature luxury finishes consistent with other Gables Class A assets.

Toll Brothers Continues to Invest in Houston Market
