HOMEAID HONORS WILLIAM SHAW & ASSOCIATES AND OTHER GHBA DONORS
Rebecca White, executive director of the Houston Area Women's Center (HAWC), joined Parke Patterson, president of HomeAid Houston in thanking William Shaw & Associates, Leslie King of Greymark Construction and Greymark Express and numerous vendors at the July Remodelers Council luncheon for their tremendous contribution to HAWC. HomeAid partnered with William Shaw & Associates to restore 16 shower stalls with all new materials. Mike Heller with William Shaw & Associates, the remodeler captain, was presented an appreciation
award before his peers.
Additional vendors recognized who were instrumental in making the project a success through their donations were:

Ferguson Enterprises Inc. - Grab bars and shower rods

The HAWC mission is to help individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence in their efforts to move their lives forward. They provide shelter, counseling and advocacy to support them in building lives free from the effects of violence.
The
organization also seeks social change to end domestic and sexual violence through community awareness and education.
