ello to all of our readers out there. I have to say, I can hardly believe that we are releasing our fifth issue! It’s been an amazing ride so far and I dont see us slowing down anytime soon. The great thing about being a part of
this magazine is that every issue has connected us to more and more amazing people from around the world. If it wasn’t for LTM and the amazing team that made this magazine happen each month, I wouldn’t know half of the brilliant in- dividuals that I have been fortunate enough to work with over the last 5 months.

hen we first started this magazine back in February, I had no idea how we would keep filling these pages with amazing features each month. This task has turned out to be the best part of running this magazine
and has opened my eyes to how much of an impact networking with young pro- fessionals has on any goal in life. You may think it bold when I say that we are the future, but the truth of the matter is, we are.
ur generation not only has the opportunity, but the responsibility to im- prove the lives of those around us and make changes in the world for a better tomorrow. We are the key to education, energy, health care,
economic stability, social equality, and peace. This is no easy task, and it is not a task that we must tackle alone. We, as a global network of young profession- als from all walks of life have the resources and determination to change the world for the better. This is why we build our networks. This is why we build our bridges. This is why we connect ourselves.
