First On Sale

The first homes in the new Kidbrooke

Village

development have now gone on sale to the public.

A

sales office has opened in Tudway Road and interested buyers will

be able to tour the first completed block, in the City Point section of the development, part of the largest housing re-generation project in Europe.

The apartments, which overlook Sutcliffe Park, will include 220, one, two and three bedroomed units and private studios, with a starting price of £207,500.

The first apartments will be ready for occupation during this summer; further units will be released for sale as they are completed over the next 18 months.

Don't find fault, find a remedy

Work has already begun on the second section of the development, the Blackheath Quarter, which will back on to the Cator Estate.

Paul Vallone, managing director of Berkeley Homes (Urban Renaissance) told SEnine that the aim of the development was to create an area which blended with surrounding area and provided a wide variety of housing

types to appeal to a broad cross-section of home-owners.
