Clitheroe Chamber of Trade & Commerce would like to thank all members and businesses for their tremendous efforts in dressing their shops and premises up for the parade of the Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment through the town on Thursday 10th March.
It was both a memorable and proud day for
Clitheroe and the Ribble Valley. So many people have commented how well the town centre looked with all the regalia and Union Jacks flying freely in the wind. The Chamber will be dressing the town up once again for both St George’s day and the Royal Wedding and are hoping that the shops and businesses within the town will join in to decorate their own premises with similar regalia. The Mayor of the Ribble Valley, Cllr Lois Rimmer and the Leader of the Council, Cllr Mike Ranson sent their congratulations to the Chamber for the sterling efforts to help remember this special occasion. Forthcoming events in Clitheroe:
