Run by Stephen and Claire Cos- tello since November 2009, the pub and restaurant has undergone major changes. Stephen is the head chef priding himself on delicious home cooked food. Daily spe- cials are available alongside the extensive menu. The bar boasts 5 real Ales, one of which is a regular changing guest ale. In July 2010 they were awarded the accredited Cask Marque. Many wines from around the world are also available, alongside four lagers, two of which are premium. The pub has a large seating area for diners and an outside seated patio area with stunning panoramic views over the Ribble Valley.
