Exhibition Management The Organiser’s Office is inside the hall immediately on the right hand side.
Admission & Fee
in-cosmetics is a trade event. Admission is by badge only. Entry if free of charge but visitors registering onsite will have to pay €55 (inc. tax) to buy the show catalogue. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any person admission to the exhibition. Children under the age of 16 cannot be admitted into the exhibition.
Shuttle Buses to the Airports There's a direct shuttle bus service leaving from East Gate (Porta East) to the following airports; Linate, Malpensa and Bergamo-Orio al Serio.

Restaurants and Bars There are a number of cafes and bars located on the show floor and a self-service Pizza and Pasta restaurant located on level 2 which is accessed at the rear of the show floor. Several self service restaurants and cafes are also located outside the entrance to Halls 1 & 3.

Internet access Wifi is available in the venue via the Vodafone website (payment made by credit card).
Cash point There is a bank and an ATM next to the show hall (left of Registration).
Cloakroom The cloakroom is situated inside the hall immediately on the right hand side after the registration area. The charge is €4 per item.
Disabled Facilities All exhibition areas are easily accessible for disabled visitors and there are lifts for accessing other floors.
First Aid If you require first aid please report to the Organiser’s Office, inside the hall immediately on the right hand side.
Lost Property Please report all lost property enquiries at the Organiser’s Office, inside the hall immediately on the right hand side.
Problems If you have problems with any of the services during your visit please let us know at the Organiser’s Office located inside the hall immediately on the right hand side.
Admissions Policy 1. Only pre-registered in-cosmetics visitors who are badge holders, visitors who register on the day and exhibitor badge holders will be able to attend in-cosmetics. 2. Visitors should be involved in or have some connection or interest in the Personal Care and associated industries. 3. Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from in-cosmetics. 4. Anyone obtaining an in-cosmetics visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave in-cosmetics.
5. Anyone attending in-cosmetics should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving licence, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organisers which the Organisers may ask to see.
6. No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend in-cosmetics 7. Anyone attending in-cosmetics must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt in-cosmetics. 8. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from in-cosmetics and Venue who do not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules or who are prohibited from attending under any applicable laws or regulations. 9. Press badges at in-cosmetics are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters and web bloggers associated with the in-cosmetics industry. Members of the press may be required to complete an application form and produce accreditation in the form of a photocopy of a recognised press or media card, business card, [NUJ card,] a letter from the editor or an official web address linking to a press release in order to verify their position. Press applications from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted. 10. Official in-cosmetics photographers will be taking photographs at in-cosmetics. The Organisers shall be entitled to use such photographs, which may include photographs of visitors, for the purpose of marketing in-cosmetics in future.
