When asked where in their
bodies do they feel happiness, most people will point to their heart. However, according to Tai Chi and Qigong, the heart alone cannot sustain happiness. We can only have a happy heart if our heart center is connected to the belly center, which is grounded in the earth, and to the head center, which draws down the infinite energies of the universe from heaven. In other words, the key to happiness lies in the alignment of these three centers.
