Fenchem Biotek Ltd., Stand A60 A sensitive side Provital is launching CARESOFT™

in-cosmetics 2011. CARESOFT™

at is designed to improve sensitive

skin through the regulation of the epidermal skin pH gradient and its implication on the barrier homeostasis. Several studies have shown that people with skin barrier deficiencies (sensitive skin, atopic dermatitis, etc) have a trend towards higher skin pH values. CARESOFT™

regulates

the skin pH causing a decrease in the sensitivity of the skin and improves the unbalanced skin barrier function. CARESOFT™

contains the

actives obtained from the Curculigo orchioides rhizome, a herbaceous tuberous plant, widely distributed in India, with rootstock bearing several fleshy lateral roots (rhizomes).

High viscosity silicone gel

NuSil Technology will be showcasing their latest silicone gel at in-cosmetics 2011. GEL-9990-30 is a sheared dimethyl gel, dispersed in cyclopentasiloxane. This system is very high in viscosity, but formulated using a low percent of solids. As a result, it gives a non-greasy feel in most formulations. GEL-9990-30 may be considered for a wide range of cosmetic applications and short term drug delivery devices.
