Sam York riding Dario won Section A BE100 on her dressage score of 31.5 ahead of Andrew James and Alex Postolowsky.

Kate Allen from Ashbourne, riding Indigo Brave won Section B BE100, to round off the season on a good note. Newark’s Elizabeth Frayling was second on D’Artagnan V who had the best dressage score but incurred 4 time pen. Olivia Wells from North Scarle won Section C BE100 riding Harleys Flight, ahead of Julien Poll on Primitive Annie, the only other double clear. Annabel Henderson on Snake Garden came


second in Sec D BE100, with a good dressage and just one time pen.

Sue Ringrose claimed Sec , riding Broadstone Ladykiller with a 32 dressage. Lauren Allin finished second in Section H BE90, riding Vanabyt Van Het Kleuterhof behind Donnagaul Bay on a dressage score of 20! Will Turnbull from Newtown Linford won Section I BE90 on new ride Colpitts Globe Trotter usually

ridden by Jackie MacCallum. Second was Alison Garner from Sheffield, riding Beyond Belief II; her dressage score was above Will’s however 7.2 time penalties dropped them into second. Katie Moult from Chesterfield, the only other double clear, finished third on Castlefinn on this, their debut. Paul Burgess on Laura Curtis, from Louth, came second to French rider Damien Demaison in the BE90

Section J; he scored a first, second, third, fourth, sixth and ninth with the Curtis horses, Basil Curtis being the winner of Novice Section M. Selina Atkin from Gainsborough, riding the 17-year-old August Sun II won another BE90 section K, following wins at Shelford and Northallerton this season and a win at Oasby 1 last year. Samantha Walker from Nottingham, on Longdale Cavalier Diamond

finished a close second. Jo Mason on her home-bred skewbald Leavers Lace notched up a first win in BE90 section L despite a pole down in the show jumping, their dressage score giving them plenty of room for manoeuvre. This is Leavers Lace’s first season following being cut earlier this year; he has a number of good offspring on the ground.

Jolli King from Louth was second on 12-year-old Nancy II, repeating their success at Oasby in the Spring almost to the exact score. Caroline Harrison came third on the big Quarter Master in Novice Sec M. Market Rasen’s Alex Postolowsky came third in Open Novice Sec O on Diddiman, with Piggy French in 4th. From Lincoln, George Ward won the Junior Open Novice JON riding Ziloma, with a dressage of

27.5; his second win this season on this 6-year-old mare which has won twice with Ros Canter this term.

In Sunday’s BE100 Sec S, Lucy Henson on Monbeg Puzzle won, with Imogen Murray on Shiraz second and Rachel Poyser on Forever Unique in third.
