www.FreeHelpForBuilders.com. Home builders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to find the answers they need to prosper in difficult market conditions.

While the service providers that builders will find at
www.FreeHelpForBuilders.com are all NAHB members and hold the MIRM designation, it is important to know that this service is not being offered by the National Association of Home Builders, nor by any of its affiliate organizations,
s a free and accessible service to the nation’s home builders, volunteer members of the NAHB
but by the individual service providers themselves, as a personal gesture of support to the nation’s builders. There will be no cost to builders who ask for help through this Web site, and there will be no solicitation by service providers for additional services involving fees.
Generalized help will be provided for builders who may simply wish to discuss their overall situation and receive helpful guidance on whatever marketing and sales issues that arise in conversation. Builders may also be guided to seek more specialized help, also available directly on the site, in 10 specific disciplines including: 1) Market Research, 2) Site Selection, 3) Product Design, 4) Pricing Strategy, 5) Model Homes, 6) Branding, 7) Advertising, 8) Internet Marketing,
9) Sales Team Enhancement and 10) Customer Service.
The volunteers participating in this outreach have agreed to devote up to two hours of their time to respond to a builder’s request for service. Builders may initiate a service request with more than one volunteer provider. Service will be rendered by telephone or online.
