Regulation and certification of gaming both off- and online is the subject of our exclusive interview with Technical Systems Testing’s Filippo Ferri, who provides a fascinating insight into the convergence of regulatory requirements in both areas of the business.
Having been invited to the Isle of Man for the launch of
Microgaming’s Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring slot title, G3i took the opportunity to quiz the team members not only about their new slot title, but in regards to the future of the eGaming sector.

We also have exclusive interviews with Harrah’s Interactive CEO Mitch Garber, discussing the recent launch into online pay-to-play gaming; we talk to Inspired Gaming Group’s Luke Alvarez about this UK-based gaming powerhouse’s involvement in the Italian VLT sector; we quiz French land-based gaming operator, SOCODEM, about it’s launch online with Spiral Solutions; and ask Unica’s Robin Martin what should operators be thinking in regards to customer relationship management online.
