Full-time MBA: for people who just won't stop
The SDA Bocconi MBA programme, now in its 35th edition, is ranked among the top international MBAs. The MBA programme opens doors to a network of diverse international relationships with talented people from about 30 different countries: over a hundred professionals with widely varied backgrounds. It is a 12-month full-time immersion in a multicultural and international context where managerial skills, as well as individual qualities, are developed to their full extent. The integrated, innovative curriculum is based on real- world management knowledge, fully inclusive of the social dimensions of management issues.
SDA Bocconi MBA is designed to cater for the realities of the current marketplace. It encourages students to go beyond a conventional business programme. Graduates are prepared for the business mandate of achieving success through a business environment that is swiftly evolving. The full-time MBA lasts 1 year and is run in two classes, in English. It is an intense programme that maximizes learning chances in a limited scope of time. It represents an opportunity to be in the midst of an advantageous network of people with diverse interests and experiences with no single industry dominating. The Global Executive MBA: international flyers rise higher

Programmes
Full-time MBA Global Executive MBA
It offers a focused curriculum that runs at an appropriate rate in a way to earn a degree within 20 months along with complementing employment, tailored in a way to fit tight schedules through modular weeks and distance learning. The Global EMBA aims at attaining a broader understanding of business matters with a focus on leadership and communication skills as pathways towards C-suite. The Global EMBA is entirely held in English and takes place on the SDA Bocconi downtown Milan campus along with overseas campuses across Asia and the Americas (class modules in the USA - at UCLA Anderson School of Management, LA - and in China - Fudan University, Shanghai).
The programme targets professionals with an international mindset. The SDA Bocconi GEMBA is a launching pad for the career phases to come. It is an integrated preparation for senior management roles. The underlying feature of such a programme is that it allows participants to promptly test the knowledge acquired at their work settings. Throughout the 20 months, participants lead intense work as part of their commitment to managerial competence. Indeed, they hone their analysis and problem solving skills. They tend to gain a deep understanding of the various business disciplines in order to reach unflawed decisions. Interpersonal skills are also put into question. Leaders are trained to empower their networking capacities that allow them to simultaneously have and provide timely feedbacks.

One-to-one career counselling and coaching, workshops, corporate presentations, career days, CV book and job postings. Career management and recruiting activities allow participants to get in touch with a wide range of national and international companies. Moreover, the programme is run in Milan, the most active and stimulating city in Italy, a major business and financial centre and a cultural hotspot
● In-company projects (MBA Programme)
Particular emphasis is given to in-company projects (both individual and group), where students, supported by tutors, check out on the field what they have learnt in class. Participants must tackle real, complex problems, blending together the knowledge and skills from different functional areas, broadening their horizons and enriching their management skills. There are also visits from leading personalities and managers who bring their personal experiences into the MBA classrooms
