ESE’s Educational approach

ESE’s MBA programmes are designed for students who aspire to become true leaders in management. In today’s business environment, where customers and competitors change almost overnight, organisations must have leaders in place with the skills and awareness to manage and create opportunity. ESE helps to bring out from within students the essential business building skills and insight required to manage self, others, and organisations in an environment of constant and rapid change.

ESE’s lecturers are not just teachers, but ‘master coaches’ who impart theory and their own practical experience as well as a track record of successes, with a sense of humour and keen sensibilities.

The end result of this educational approach is that ESE graduates enjoy enhanced employment opportunities and frequently receive permanent job offers from the companies where they complete their internships.
