Media Information
The Media Centre located on the ground floor of Hall B4. The Aircraft Interiors Expo press conference will take place at 10.00am on Tuesday 18 May in the Airline lounge, Hall B7. Media must collect their badges at one of the media registration desks located in each main entrance.
Flight Daily News
Flight Daily News will once again be producing the official show daily news at the event and their office will be located on the ground floor of Hall B4.
Cloakrooms
Cloakroom facilities are available within each of the two main entrances. There is a charge of €1.50 per item.
Internet Zone
Free Internet will be provided in halls B5, B6, and B7 please refer to the main floor plan to locate your nearest internet point.
Visitors with Disabilities
Aircraft Interiors Expo is primarily located on the ground floor, access to upper levels is possible via lifts or escalators. Please contact a member of the organising team located at the entrances for any assistance needed.
Airline Lounge
There will an Airline Lounge located in Hall B7 which is available to all airline attendees. The lounge will provide refreshments throughout the day, lunch and internet access.
Food
Snack bars serving light refreshments are located in each hall. There is restaurant located in Hall B6 serving more substantial meals.
Information Point
The organiser’s office is located within the East Entrance near the registration area. The Aircraft Interiors Expo Sales Lounge is located on stand 4B10 in Hall B4.
Organisers Office
Aircraft Interiors Expo main organiser’s office is located within the East Entrance just past the registration desks.
Stand Enquiries
If you would like to discuss the possibility of taking a stand/booth at any Aircraft Interiors Expo event with one of our sales team, please visit our sales lounge located on stand 4B10 in Hall B4. If after the event then please visit our website at
www.aircraftinteriorsexpo.com and complete a stand request form and one of our sales team will contact you.
Free Airport Shuttle
A free shuttle bus service is operating between the Hamburg Messe and Hamburg Airport on the 18, 19 and 20 May between 8am and 6pm; the journey time will be approximately 30 minutes. Buses leave from just outside both entrances.
Aircraft Interiors Expo supports the Hemshorn foundation
