There are various outlets to find out what is your metabolic type. Also there
are various levels of intensities of metabolic typing. Some are baseline, geared
for healthy individuals. Others are much more complex and clinical designed for
people battling life threatening illnesses. There are also many online tests you can
take that are effective as well. I offer a baseline version for my clients in my private
practice. The successfulness will result from the knowledge of your tester, but
also your desire to make the necessary changes in your personal diet. Knowledge
is powerful if there is an effective catalyst… you. When you find the knowledge of
your metabolic type, apply it well but do not try to change everything overnight.
Real change takes time. You will discover the different foods that work best for
your body’s needs. Have fun, stick with it, and you will see the immense benefits
of your work every time you look in the mirror!
