fundraiser for YWCA of San Diego County
So this is what Angela Bassett has been doing all these years! For a long time,
the YWCA has offered shelter, social services and support for victims of domestic
violence and their children. The institution’s leading fundraiser, called “In the
Company of Women,” will celebrate its 11th year by hosting a luncheon at the San
Diego Convention Center in Ballroom 20 on Thursday, February 12 at 11:00 a.m.
The keynote speaker at this fabulous function will be none other than Academy
Award winner Angela Bassett.
