The second ttgbusiness Industry Report is a comprehensive
overview of the UK business travel market, broken down into key
sectors. The results are drawn from three groups of players –
agents, suppliers and buyers – and are a representation of your
views of how your business has fared over the last 12 months and
looking ahead towards 2009.
The survey ran online over the summer and into October, so the
results are a fair reflection of how the economy went into
meltdown from mid-September onwards. We had almost 500
responses drawn from across the industry – more than last year –
and we hope that this report sets the standard in terms of an
insight into the state of business travel today and into 2009.
