Indian dribble Ball starts with basic carry position

Take a ‘big first touch’ and really move ball to left-hand side

Make sure left hand away from hip and outside line of left leg (second picture) Drag ball back to right hand side Keep stick in contact with ball at all times

*

Move ball to outside right foot on strong side (fourth picture)

As with all these skills practice makes perfect! Start

getting used to the ‘feel’ of the ball on the head of the stick – move the ball slowly at first. With loads of practice you will be able to move the ball faster and further as your confidence grows.

TOP TIP To really move the ball a long way (up to two stick lengths!!) make sure your hands are away from the left hand side of your body (see picture two).
