on the waterpark component of several of Rixos' previous hotel resorts (including others in the Antalya region), has delivered a wide assortment of slides for the waterpark, as well as a water playground, spray zone, wave and river systems, a SurfStream surf simulator, Wave Ball wave generator and an entire hydro-mechanical system, including water circulation and filtration. Designed with a Roman Empire/Greek Poseidon theme,
Land of Legends takes its aesthetic cues from its picturesque setting between the Taurus Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The resort, by far the most ambitious Rixos has ever created, combines not only entertainment and adventure, but also education, nature, retail, luxury housing and a theatre to create a diverse attraction mix. Covering 639,000 square meters (6,878,139 square
feet), Land of Legends includes a luxurious 5-star hotel, a viewing terrace that reaches 111m (364ft) in height, a 196,000 sq m (2,109,726 sq ft) shopping boulevard, spa, restaurants and more. Set to follow in phase II (opening date to be confirmed) is
a 340,943 sq m (3.7 million sq ft) theme park, masterplanned and designed by JRA, as well as a wildlife park and family entertainment centre.
