come together in many arenas, but you are welcome to see them with our partnership with Bleachers. Go to the school website and there you will find a lime green link on the home page and athletics for Bleachers. You may create your own account and then, wherever you are in the world, you can see the first North Jersey High School live stream and record its entire home athletic program (football, soccer, basketball, wrestling, lacrosse, volley- ball) on every level. It’s great for any alumnus, grandpar- ent, college recruiter, etc., interested in seeing us compete, but it goes farther. School masses, Jazz Ensem- ble, Men’s Vocal Ensemble, and other events like Aca- demic Awards Sessions and Open Houses are streamed and recorded so you can become a part of the Bergen experience no matter where you are. than in my first term. Students now apply to Bergen Catholic online through our Whipple Hill web tool. The Cooperative Entrance Examination is still administered through the Archdiocese of Newark, but today, all appli- cations for it may be done online. Even transcripts and recommendations will be managed in the cloud as we enter the 2015–2016 cycle. This year, we administered our first-ever entrance

examinations on-line. In addition, Skype interviews with students from South Korea, China, and Nigeria are becoming part of our Admissions process. We received our first student from China in a partnership with an organization 3W; who started in October, 2015. Certainly this is an exciting time to become a

away from newspaper media and far closer to tools like Facebook, Google AdWords, Northjersey.com, as well. More and more, that is where we find so many people in- terested in BC. But it is truly in YOU, the alumni, alumni parents, current parents, and students who speak to what the value of a Bergen Catholic education is really worth. Those word-of-mouth and lead-by-example stances our families take are some of the most helpful motivations for new families to join our community of well over 12,000 alumni. I welcome you to visit our Admissions webpage at

www.bergencatholic.org. Take a look at our e-brochure and download it. Feel free to email it to a friend whose son is interested in attending. Your efforts help to shape the classes of 2017 and beyond. Know this. As it was with you, the commitment Bergen Catholic continues to have toward educating its young men remains SOLID. I con- fidently tell parents and young men that their talents will not go wasted at BC. They will be challenged to develop their faith and social conscience. They will be better pre- pared with the technologies of the 21st century than the vast majority of high school students. And they will become a part of our great brotherhood that dares to LEAD ON!

Yours in Scarlet and Gold,

Joe Haemmerle ’86, AP ’15 Director of Admissions
