What new products, technologies/services will you introduce this year? In 2015, Ainsworth will expand its licensed portfolio with the release of The Sound of Music and Showgirls. The Magnificent 7 Reloaded, a sequel based on the legendary classic film and top-performing licensed slot The Magnificent 7, will debut on the A560 Wide Boy cabinet. Also to be released on the A560 Wide Boy is Reels of Wheels Horsepower which incorporates the Mustang Money red hot free game comprising the unique multi-wheel “Reels of Wheels” concept. The A560 SL cabinet game range will continue to grow with the release of Firestorm, 5 Star Jackpots, Order of the Dragons, Fire Wizard, Ice Wizard and many more. Ainsworth will also release additional games for their core GamePlus library including Quad Shot, Double Shot, Triple Shot, Play 100Lines/50Lines, Wheel Winner and High Denom. Do you have any newsworthy events to share?Ainsworth Game Technology held a ground breaking ceremony on Friday Oct 3, 2014 for our new 290,000+ sq.ft. Headquarters for the Americas in Las Vegas. The new facility will be located on Sunset Road near the Jones exit on 215 West. Construction will commence in early 2015 with estimated completion in the first half of 2016. Forthcoming events you will be attending?Ainsworth Game Technology will be exhibiting at the National Indian Gaming Association tradeshow on March 30 to April 2, 2015 in San Diego, CA.


AGEM INDEX


The AGEM Index reported a composite value of 185.58 in November 2014, which represents a decline of 1.41 points (-0.8 percent) when compared to October 2014. Compared to a year ago, the index fell 7.89 points (-4.1 per cent). The AGEM Index reported month-to-month declines for three consecutive months and year-over- year declines for two consecutive months. During the latest period, 10 of the 16 global gaming suppliers reported a monthly decline in stock price, with six falling by more than five percent. Of the six companies reporting gains in stock price, only one was up by more than five percent.


Broader equities markets continued to trend in a positive direction in November 2014. The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended the month at 17,828.24, up 2.5 per cent from the prior month. The S&P 500 also reported a 2.5- percent increase during the period, rising to 2,067.56. NASDAQ reported the greatest monthly increase of the three major indices, rising 3.5 percent to 4,791.63.


AGEM is an international trade association representing manufacturers of electronic gaming devices, systems, and components for the gaming industry. The Association works to further the interests of gaming equipment manufacturers throughout the world. Through political action, tradeshow partnerships, information dissemination and good corporate citizenship, the members of AGEM work together to create benefits for every company within the organization. l AGEM sponsors a $10,000 scholarship for Drexel University’s Center for Hospitality and Sport Management. The scholarship is for students interested in pursuing a career in the gaming and casino industry. Vincent Santosusso, a junior hospitality. management major, is the recipient for 2014.


l Approves American Indian College Fund AGEM Scholarship for $10,000.


l Reaches cooperative agreement with Chilean regulatory body l Approves US$15,000 sponsorship for European Casino. Association / International Casino Conference at ICE.


l Helps shape responsible gaming discussions in Massachusetts l AGEM Mexico Committee set up to give suppliers a stronger voice as the other trade organisations in the market have a more operator focus.


EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES RECENT EVENTS:


l AGEM Cup Golf Tournament and Holiday Reception - held 20th Nov 2014 at DragonRidge Country Club, suburban Las Vegas. This popular yearly event is open to all AGEM members both golfers and non golfers.


l Slot Summit, Lille 25th - 27th November 2015 - AGEM has supported this event in previous years and decided to continue support now that Clarion have taken over the running of the event. The sponsored welcome reception was well attended by all the event delegates.
