surf the web Described as one of the most beautiful Bulgarian coastal resorts, Albena is situated 30km away from Bulgaria's “sea capital” Varna. It features 43 hotels, ranging from 2 to 4-stars, offering a total of 14,900. As well as that 6km-long beach, guests visiting the resort can also enjoy hillside views of the Balata national reserve. In addition to Aquamania, entertainment options include the hotels’ swimming, sporting and fitness facilities. When the sun goes down, the resort really comes to life with spectacular theatre performances, musical extravaganzas, and moonlit beach parties. And when you need to get online, you’ll be heartened to hear that Albena proclaims itself “the biggest WiFi zone in Europe”!
