‘FIRST FIVE-STARBOUTIQUE’ OPENS IN MADRID

Billed as Madrid’s first five-star boutique hotel, Urso opened earlier this month. The hotel is within a 19th-century building between Chamberis, Tribunal and Chueca areas of town and is the sister hotel to Cap Rocat and Torralbenc in the Balearics. Urso sticks with hotelier Pablo Carrington’s idea of simple luxury and has the new Barcelo food market on its doorstep and a signature spa by Natura Bissé inside. Cold cuts and Iberico ham will be served from the market opposite the hotel and a local pastry shop will supply cakes and

bread. One night’s B&B costs from €200. HOTELURSO.COM
