Two lifts from Group 1 or one lift may be the waist lift from Group 2, minimum one revolution of the man

Technical Panel Officials (for IJS events only, see rule 2133) to include at a mini- mum: 1. Technical controller 2. Technical specialist 3. Assistant technical specialist In an emergency situation, when a shortage of technical panel personnel arises during a competition, the chief referee may assign one technical controller and one technical specialist to the technical panel.
