Aerobat, by Technical Park, is a 21st Century reinvention of the classic Paratrooper ride. With tilting wings operated by the passengers, the 16-seater attraction becomes interactive and it’s up to passengers to decide whether they want to spin through 360° or prefer a more gentle ride. The minimum rider height is just 1.3m. Even though there are several Turkish ride manufacturers building similar-looking rides to those coming out of Italy, Ümit Celasun says he buys Italian for the quality. “They are good brands, and the service is better.” Not that he can’t turn his hand to
