4. Always report outages promptly! Remember, the cooperative's responsibility ends at the meter. If a service call is made and the trouble is found on the consumer's side, a $50.00 service charge will be assessed.

ee McElroy, PEC’s Vegetation Management Technician, recently demonstrated
professional competency by successfully completing the Certifi ed Arborist examination administered through the International society of Arboriculture (ISA) and the local Chapter of the ISA.

T e purpose of the ISA Certifi cation Program is to improve the level of knowledge and standard of practice
within the tree care profession. It is designed to assist the public in identifying those professionals in arboriculture who have demonstrated, through a professionally developed examination and education program, a thorough knowledge of tree care practices. All Certifi ed Arborists carry an identifi cation card for verifi cation. Certifi cation is valid for three years. T e ISA program tests and certifi es an individual’s knowledge in the fi eld of Arboriculture.
