ITALIAN integrated systems publication Connessionihas announced that on Monday 3 February, the eve of the ISE exhibition, it will be hosting AudioForum@ISE – a one-day event for specialists in the sectors of systems integration and professional audio. Held in English,

AudioForum@ISE will consist of a series of panel sessions and seminars on some of the foremost issues and topics that affect these two intersecting industries, with a focus on transport protocols used in digital audio. The event is aimed at manufacturers, systems integrators, installers, audio professionals and audio consultants, engineering companies, contractors, consultants, distributors and anyone interested in expanding and sharing their knowledge and experience.

“R&D in the field of audio

protocols is very active and continuously reaches new goals; this is the reason why it is appropriate to share these achievements with the whole community. We want to communicate the state-of-the-art on technology and trends, so that professionals can make the right choice for each project,” comments Chiara Benedettini, publisher of Connessioni. Some seminars will be

presented by representatives of audio technology companies, in which they will explain their technology in detail. In others, speakers who have designed or installed systems will talk about and explain their choices. Each of the panel sessions will feature specialists and expert
