WHAT’S NEW: BLUE MAX BANNER

A trail-blazer collection fromBlueMax Banner

For 2014, Blue Max Banner has added two new garments to its range of stock-held and bespoke blazers for schoolwear and corporate wear.

F

irst up is The Viscount Elite, a premium quality, supremely tailored jacket which draws on the heritage

of the Beau Brummel label, founded originally in 1851. Available from early spring, The Elite

has been designed to capture quality, style and flair in a single jacket. It offers a dashing cut and plenty of

contemporary features to appeal to the fashion-conscious, including a striped sleeve lining, a purple inner lining, jetted pockets and an internal mobile phone pocket. Colours come in a choice of black and grey in both the male and female designs. The E-Warrior is the company’s first

eco-blazer in the portfolio. Not only does this exciting new item score high on style and quality but it is also a mark of Blue Max Banner’s commitment to the environment and a sustainable future. Each E-Warrior is constructed from up

to 35 non-biodegradable plastic bottles which are broken down through a process of 'de-polymerisation' and made into an ‘Octalobal’ yarn which is then used to form the material for the blazer. These bottles would otherwise end up in

a landfill site where they could take up to 500 years to break down. The E Warrior is designed as a two-

button blazer with a back vent and a matt finish available in a girl’s and boy’s style. The blazer will be launched initially in a

choice of navy or black and sizes ranging from chest size 28” to 52” (even sizes only) and will be available this month (January). The two new additions complement the

existing range of stock-held blazers already available under the Beau Brummel brand, in an unrivalled choice of shapes, sizes and styles to suit all budgets. Alternatively, customers looking to put

their own personal stamp on a blazer design can call upon the services of BMB Bespoke – a department dedicated to Made to Order apparel. Whatever the requirement, whether it’s

an entirely original concept, an alternative lining or the simple addition of a trim, the experienced BMB Bespoke team has the knowledge to ensure a smooth, cost- efficient process and a happy customer. Blue Max Banner customers will also

welcome an increased range of colour combinations in the Orion collection – the high-performance capsule sportswear range launched last year. The collection now offers a choice of five colours. Choose from black & red, navy & sky, royal & amber, navy & white and black & white. Stepping up its service to customers,

Blue Max Banner now offers the opportunity of ordering around the clock. Investment in the website means that customers can order online, faster, twenty fours of the day and seven days a week. Additional features for online customers

will include easy to find product ranges and easy to view garment colour options. Last but not least, Blue Max Banner

has launched the first ever ‘Never Out of Stock’ brochure. Commenting on this new development, Nigel Plenderleith, Blue Max Banner managing director said: “As part of our commitment to our customers, we will make all the items that appear in this brochure available around the clock, 365 days of the year.” Orders placed either by phone or via the website prior to 4pm are scheduled

for despatch the same day. n To view the entire Blue Max Banner School, Leisure and Corporatewear line up, visit the website at www.bluemaxbanner.co.uk or telephone 0845 23 00 888
