Entry level manual screen printing press from M&R

K

ruzer is M&Rʼs newest entry-level manual screen printing press. Built with M&Rʼs rugged construction and innovative design, Kruzer includes numerous proven design features, including tapered-roller-bearing-supported upper and lower carousels, a precise micro-registration system, machined centre shaft, and three-point pallet leveling system. Kruzerʼs unique lever-adjusted off-contact system operates vertically, eliminating the need for a separate angle adjustment. Kruzer is offered in a 6-colour/4-station model, and itʼs designed and disassembled to fit through a 78cm (31") doorway. Side screen holders and solid aluminum, low-profile, rubber-coated pallets are standard. M&Rʼs System Integration design allows M&Rʼs Kruzer manual press to integrate seamlessly with M&Rʼs easy-to-use Tri-Loc Registration Systems, arguably the most efficient way to set up and register screens on both manual and automatic screen printing presses. Kruzerʼs maximum screen width—58cm (23”)—also fits most automatic presses. Kruzer delivers unprecedented quality, performance and value in a manual screen printing press.

Resolute breaks the mould wth R-Jet i3

T

DTGʼs headquarters in Chesterfield last month. The new printer, available in dual CMYK or CMYK plus white, starts at £6450 plus VAT making it arguably, the most economical commercially produced d-t-g printer available in Europe. Working with a full version of the Resolute RIP it produces prints on T shirts in both under base white with colour on top and in-line printing mode (white followed by colour in one pass) as launched at Fepsa London by Resolute DTG this year.

The R-Jet i3 is built with the same technology and reliability as the R-Jet 5 with a different print area. Happy to be installed permanently or transported to different places for event printing, we believes the new i3 is the most versatile d-t-g printer on the market. Using a custom-built, sealed bag delivery system, the i3 makes it virtually impossible to spill ink during transport, making it perfect for the popular high margin event printing of T shirts. Small enough to fit into a hatchback or van, it can be transported and lifted by just one person. When used with its own optional mobile cabinet to store T shirts etc, it can be wheeled in and out of the venue with very little fuss. The R-Jet i3 benefits by using the patented transport system from the R-Jet 5. This fast and robust system keeps the

garment being printed perfectly flat and in position during the print process. When the R-Jet i3 was designed, with portability in mind, a custom built capping station was created enabling the ink system to be flushed with the press of a button ready for transport or storage. Ink bags containing inexpensive flushing solution are used to quickly prepare the i3 with no mess or manual flushing for long journeys, or long periods in storage where no power connection is possible. The R-Jet i3 direct to garment printer has an amazing bundle of features with a price tag lower than some a3 transfer systems. n For further information on the R-Jet range of d-t-g equipment call Resolute DTG on 01246 202686; email info@resoluteink.co.uk or visit www.resolutedtg.com
