he demand for companion styles is big and getting bigger – driven by ladies’ preference for flattering,
feminine silhouettes. Gildan creates new opportunities in this area with the addition of ladies’ styles to two popular T-shirt programs. Pictured right, the new 4100L Gildan
Premium Cotton Ladies’ T-Shirt (companion to the 4100 Adult T-Shirt) provides women with a soft and substantial 185 g/m2 100% ring spun cotton tee featuring a stylish tapered fit. The new 5000L Heavy Cotton Ladies T-
Shirt – the perfect complement for the 5000 Adult T-shirt and 5000B Youth T-Shirt – offers a feminine silhouette, plus all the comfort of 100% cotton preshrunk jersey. Both styles are available in sizes LS-L2XL. Men benefit from the companion trend
too, with the launch of the new 64200 Gildan Softstyle Adult Tank Top. Designed to pair with the 64200L Ladies’ Tank Top, this classic 100% cotton ring spun preshrunk jersey style comes sizes S-2XL and 6 colours.

All feature Gildan’s easy-to-layer 153 g/m2 100% polyester jersey knit with Aquafx wicking action and Freshcare anti-microbial odour- fighting properties. A new Adult Sleeveless Tank (42700)
adds an essential silhouette to the line, and the new Adult 9” Shorts creates a complete outfitting opportunity. In keeping with its focus on companion styles, Gildan now offers Long Sleeve T-Shirts in Adult (42400), Ladies (42400L) and Youth (42400B) sizes.
