Heralded as the most prestigious winter polo tournament, the best polo players in the world will congregate on the frozen Lake St Moritz in the Swiss Alps to chase the orange ball on horseback. Te top class talent on the lake will be cheered on by an estimated 15,000 specta- tors over the course of the four day festival, who will also enjoy the renowned social scene at the exclusive resort in five star luxury. Guests and players alike will also take advan- tage of the other winter sports on offer, togeth- er with St Mortitz’s legendary après ski. Polo professional James Fielding will be among the players taking part. He said: “Tere aren’t many tournaments where you’ll find players skiing and playing polo on the same day! From a public point of view it’s quite a good event to go and watch. Obviously with it taking place in St Moritz it has the glitzy glamour element and it’s nice to have all the things that go along with that.” At home James runs the JF Polo Academy in Great Barrow in the heart of the Cheshire
