to be expected with a restaurant of such high standards. You can choose to dine indoors but we chose the terrace upstairs overlooking the harbour, which at sunset is really not to be missed. We arrived at the Grill 3301 just as the sun was setting and all the harbour lights were twinkling, creating a magical scene. Our table was set at the edge of the terrace looking out across the bay. Having such a reputation we were keen to discover 3301’s delights. Alexandra, our server, explains the unique menu. In a twist on the norm you choose your main course and then the chef will prepare your starters. A mixture of dips including hummus, traditional salad, warm breads and pitta arrived. Tere were so many different choices it was a grazing starter at its best. As we nibbled our way through the starter our mains were prepared by the chef on the open grill BBQ. I chose the surf and turf, grilled prawns and veal T-bone. I knew it was going to be too much but it all sounded so amazing I could’nt resist. Phil opted for the full mixed

Te meats were cooked to our taste and were melt in the mouth. I was impressed by the different flavours that the chef created for each piece of meat. It was a real BBQ grill. Te Corinthia has Maltese roots and we were
informed that the owner still arrives regularly for dinner. Te best recommendation wouldn’t you say?
