well catered for at this festival
and the pair have managed to attract a mix of celebrity and Michelin- starred chefs. There are the usual suspects, including Jamie, of course, plus Jamie’s mentor and one half of the Two Greedy Italians, Gennaro Contaldo. Val Warner (“he’s a must for any festival,” says Alex) is here, and Gizzi Erskine and Rachel Khoo, as well as further foodie talents including Ashley Palmer-Watts, Bruno Loubet, Scotland’s youngest Michelin- starred chef (with the best name in the business) Tom Kitchin, Simon Hulstone, and Bristol boys Jonray and Peter Sanchez Iglesias from Casamia. There will also be a ‘Street Food
