A desperate shopper was left with only one option. With just hours to go until the shops closed, onlookers could only assume the driver was absolutely desperate to grab some last-minute items. Unable to fi nd a space in the busy car park at Asda’s Nuneaton branch, the driver left his/her Peugeot in a trolley bay.

Twitter in hysterics, resulting in Asda becoming one of the top trending topics in the UK. ‘Apparently someone really wanted a space,’ said one. ‘The best supermarket parking you will see today,’ said another.
‘No parking at Asda – no problem, just park in the trolley bay,’ said a third.
