orist.net. They will be able to designate their delivery area – this will not be dictated by HQ. Using efl
orist.net, LITE+ users will be able to keep track of all orders and order history, as well as build a customer database and have access to eFlorist marketing material. In addition, they will have a dedicated Account Manager and the eFlorist Customer Service Centre is only a phone call away to help with queries and questions and provide support. When it comes to account payment, eFlorist LITE+ off ers the fl exibility of a ‘pay as you go’ option to help with cash fl ow.
Product Innovation... Keeping abreast of trends, current fashions and tastes as well as providing classic products is a constant challenge for all companies involved in new product development and it’s one that eFlorist takes very seriously. How could it not when the person at the top is a professional fl orist herself! Lorraine was extremely hands on with NPD when she fi rst joined the company in 2010 as Head of Retail. Since taking over as GM she has had to take a step back and anyone who knows her will appreciate how diffi cult this has been for her! Corporate Social Responsibility... eFlorist working in partnership
with Kidney Research UK... February saw the launch of this partnership to help raise awareness and money for this dedicated charity. Florists were asked to participate by selling sweets in their shop and entering a window dressing competition. And not only is this a wonderful
initiative to be involved in from a charitable and CSR perspective, research has proved that, to be involved in cause related marketing has an impact on sales, not to mention brand awareness and positive PR!

And fi nally... This is just a snapshot of eFlorist activity over the last few months. Always looking to improve their service to both customers and fl orists, there has also been a review in the Customer Services team to ensure the best experience for all, as well as implementing ‘CS buddies’ to work alongside the team of Area Sales Managers to help fl orists by providing practical business support, advice and guidance – if fl orists want it, that is!
