A truly peachy punch which is the perfect accompaniment when it’s time to chill out. The ingredients:


Limes – 2 juice Peach juice – 25ml (1 fl oz) Angostura bitters – 3 drops Grenadine 1/2 teaspoon Golden Rum 25ml (1 fl oz)


Dark Rum 75ml (3 fl oz) Lime – 1 slice Lemon – 1 slice Orange – 1 slice Peach slice to decorate Crushed ice – to serve


How to make it: Mix the juice in a glass and add in the bitters. Top up with the grenadine, rums and fruit. Stir and then refrigerate for 3 hours. To serve: Fill a glass with crushed ice, the mixture and a slice of fresh peach.
