Dominic Harter (pictured left) has rejoined Harman Professional to head Soundcraft’s global sales operation, following the promotion of Adrian Curtis to VP sales of the Harman Pro EMEA sales team. Fletcher becomes director of research and development. Kan has been acting general manager since the departure of Bob Thomas in 2011, while executive powers rested largely with the group executive management in Ningbo. Kan will continue to manage and strengthen the relationships between the two sites, in order to accelerate product development and provide Cadac with access to engineering and production resources at Ningbo. Fletcher has been a member of the Cadac engineering team for over 20 years, originally joining the company as a test engineer. He will now lead the product development schedule.
